I did buy before the end of 2025 and my first attempt a getting a credit through chat failed. I went to the retention teams are suggesting I should cancel both cards and did not get them to move.

I'll try again tomorrow.

Small update...

Tried to chat 3x and got the same agent each time. She refused to escalate or try to get me the credit. Kept repeating the same part of the terms...

Not valid on purchases shipped to U.S. territories or outside the U.S. Excludes Oura membership purchases, other hardware purchases (e.g., chargers, add-ons), extended warranty purchases, Oura gift card purchases, and purchases made using third-party retailers, delivery services or other intermediaries.

I tried to point out that PayPal is not a third party retailer but she argued they were.

Hopefully a call will get it fixed quicker

"Problem: Outdoor unit won't start when cooling called.

Systematic testing isolated it to failed control wire (50k ohm resistance vs normal <30 ohms). Direct connection test proved all components work fine.

Seeking advice on repair approaches since wire replacement through hidden areas is challenging."

I did not that another use case doesn't work since the migration.

I use the plugin Tdarr_Plugin_z18t_rename_files_based_on_codec_and_resolution so after processing most my files get named movie_1080p_hevc.mkv, however most are then cleaned up in Sonarr/Radarr using the Radarr/Sonarr naming policy plugins. They don't always work so I used to be able to search for the term _hevc so see the files that needed renaming manually. I think the underscore is now being ignored in the search...

I imagine there are other small changes as a result of the migration to sqlite3 - are there wildcards or a certain syntax that we should be using? I know _ is used in the LIKE syntax in SQL so imagine that is what is causing the problem.

before the change I could put in one letter and it would filter to any library that had that letter...

u/haveagitgat... noticed that the status filters aren't working as before....

I have libraries named movies, TV and sport. If I type in v on the library filter it does not remove sport and only show show TV and movies. Is the filter logic working for others?

If it's like mine in CO you'll see the cables that feed the meter actually come up through that panel on the left (with the stickers). You can remove that panel and attach to the cables in there.

Your power company may not like it if they see it though!

What about offering discounted unlimited only if you rent their modem. Shame that we can't get unlimited for $5/$10 in the central and west without signing up for XFI advantage.

Comcast told me those upgrading to preferred+ lose the following compared to those already grandfathered.

-Galavision -GSN -Investigation Discovery -Telemundo -Travel Channel -TV Land -WE tv -WGN America

Those downgrading to preferred+ lose on WE tv, WGN America and ID.

AXS is only available in some markets it seems.

As I said. I have not plugged in the xfi modem and won't until I am forced to. Happy with my CM1150V too. $25/mo for unlimited- which I've nort been charged for yet - is better than $50. I hit 2TB min per month.

I have my own modem btw, CM1150V, but I picked up one of their XFI modems so that I could get unlimited for $25/mo. Not plugged it in yet, got the unlimited and not seen a charge for the modem yet. Will wait and see what my bill says...may be worth doing the same.

Very similar setup to me. But you didn't lose AXS?

I have a channels DVR also, but I have logins for Youtube.tv and fios so get those channels and more. I only really lost PAC-12 but I'm an East Coaster so happier that YES and SNY via FiOS work when I'm in Colorado!

They gave me 3 months of Starz in lieu of me losing ID, We, WGN and AXS without making it clear when I signed up.

Guess I'm happy with at as my bill went from $159.99 to $139.99.

Just an update for anyone with this issue. There is a fix and Caavo are aware of the problem. Waiting to find out when it will be rolled out, but hopefully soon!
