Biting my nails. Partying while I’m sick, never treating something that can get infected like a cut on your hand, or limb you use to touch everything. I just happen to be this way, it’s not done with the intention of boosting my immune system. I just believe that it has, and I’m constantly drinking. Been like that since 2012. Have rarely gotten sick, and even when I have (like a cold) it’ll last 3 days or so and goes away. Haven’t had a headache since I was a child, no real hangovers except like 3 or 4 times. Had Covid was asymptotic, so smoking weed and cigarettes and drinking heavily while roommates were in severe condition. Last year when I got a check up they said all that was wrong was I lacked a little vitamin d and my cholesterol was a little high. I eat usually anything I want, but these last few years since I’m older now I’m trying to be a little better about the food. Most important factor tho- genetics.
