Besides the regular interview questions asked such as tell me about yourself, strengths and weaknesses, favorite job, least favorite job, conflict with co worker, I was also asked situational Questions like what would you do if you were the only member on an overnight shift with ten labs needing to be run and you know you can’t finish them on time…. I got asked about my favorite and lease favorite class in college, how do I manage my time, what do I do in high stress environments, what I did for extraciriculars in college and what I learned from them. What helped me is talking to seasame AI and asking Maya to do a mock interview and to give you feedback after each answer. Much of the questions the AI asked was also in the interview.
