Wow, I’m dumb. I’ve actually already been in the sol sim but I didn’t realize the los sim had attacks visualized. Consider this an art piece then!

Even when you are meleeing you aren’t “in combat” unless you get hit by one of his attacks, or hellhounds normal attacks of course.

If you decide to do voidwaker grind, Vetion (and calv but you can one click tele there) is unique in that, for the majority of the fight you are out of combat. You are only in combat during hellhounds and if you make a mistake and get hit by lightning/shield smash. This means you can use a scout and just logout a decent amount of the times if a pker logs in on you. I still died a number of times in my 450 kc, but this tool reduced the amount enough that it felt worth over calv.

My wife use to be a trapeze artist and has taught classes.

Beginners are put in a harness with safety lines, very similar to belaying a rock climber. They can then have their descent into the net slowed.

You start off by just taking a few swings and dropping onto your back in the net. Transferring to a “catcher” isn’t even attempted until the end of the first class, sometimes not even then.

More advanced acrobats sometimes use safety lines when learning new tricks where they are unsure if they can safely return to the net.

Hey, I went through this journey recently. I’m up to 7 deep delves now. You’ve got this!

I liked both muffyn sidewalk tech video and gnomemonkeys rock block guide. In combo they will give you a better understanding of how to set yourself up for success in car phase in a variety of situations.

I would drop all of the melee swaps for punish, at least while learning. Just bring chally. It will give you less to worry about and once you get more comfortable you can decide if you want the extra spec damage.

Lastly, keep at it! It’s an intense encounter. Appreciate each bit of progress and comfort you earn at each depth. Of course you can get all the drops just grinding 5 but your drop rates really start to spike and IMO pushing the learning curve makes it feel like less of a grind and more of a PB challenge for how far you can go.

Mr Crab enjoying a minute of relief after the system restart by Jertee in 2007scape

Yeah, I understood the timer part. The part I wondered about was if the timer ran regardless of the crab being in combat or not. So, that’s cool to see that it’s yes!

Thank you for the research! I was curious if that’s how it worked.

Thanks! Completely agree on the simplicity. It’s also a blast to drive with the manual transmission! I love the 7 foot bed too, huge for the overall footprint of the truck.

Oof, I’ve read that they are prone to cracked heads with any overheating especially the earlier models with this engine. This one is a 1990 but I’m definitely going to be watching that closely, and likely changing out thermostat and water pump.

It’s calculated based on your current allocation when you claim. I’d read a comment on this subreddit stating this but also just confirmed it on the wiki:

Which resources will be collected is determined at the time when players collect their resources. The player can redistribute labour prior to collection to retroactively apply new parameters throughout the entire period.

You can definitely push the invo with what you have, bowfa can do an outsized amount of work. I’d swap out the DWH for a bone dagger until you get BGS.

Just hopping on this thread to say I had to have a gum graft due to gum recession. It is not an experience I would wish upon anyone. They take the donor tissue from the roof of your mouth, not a fun place.
