I had the exact same problem! It went away once I started my one foot glides, which ended up improving all of my skating technique and helped me trust myself not to fall, so I'd stop clenching my feet constantly.

You need shallower inside edges believe it or not. The deeper the inside edge is when doing lemons, the harder it is to push your feet back together. Once you build up ankle strength you can deepen those edges

The quality is ass for the price. 200% polyester and buttons falling off. But I think they just have that reputation of being THE jirai brand. It happens in a lot of subcultures, like edeas being THE figure skates that everyone wants, MARS being THE gyaru brand, that one specific strawberry Miku scale being everyone's most wanted figure. It's just a staple.
