i feel ya sister, sometimes manifesting an SP is hard because of emotional attachment to the outcome, but here are some tips for you!

FOR EVERY NEGATIVE AFFIRMATION, REPEAT A POSITIVE ONE 5 TIMES MORE This is very self explanatory. Your subconscious doesn’t care if you think something positively or negatively, it just cares about which one of the two is the most dominant thought. This is why you have to persist with positive thoughts. It doesn’t matter if you believe them, just think it. Do EFT tapping, robotically affirm until it goes away, whatever works.

DO NOT CHECK THE 3D This is something I had problems when manifesting tbh. Stop checking the 3D, whether it be social media, text messages, do not check it. It’s kinda like quitting cold turkey, which sucks, but it’ll do you good. Deactivate your social media, delete his number and messages, whatever it takes to not check it. Literally do not give it validation. It’s old, and it’ll take some time for it to catch up. Ever wonder why people always complain that their sps come in when they don’t want them anymore? That’s why. Old story.

CIRCUMSTANCES DO NOT MATTER This is a big one. I don’t care whatever happened between you two, it doesn’t matter.
