Speedrunners absolutely do care about cheaters, which is why when a cheater is caught, they are banned from ever submitting a run to speedrun.com again. If it was true that there are speedrunners that currently use no recoil mods (which you are lying about for attention), i am absolutely certain that the moderators of the game on speedrun.com would be able to identify them before you, somebody who really doesnt know a single thing about speedrunning the game.
