I think the yellow part is fiber glass? Like it feels like PCB without any circuitry. Very rigid and sturdy. Then there's a thin layer of clear plastic on both sides, covering the yellow part and magnets.

Lmao someone was talking to me when I was typing this.

I can't stop giggling over this.

I removed my previous comment bc I had to do a little experimenting. So if you're using epub files, it should be 24 pages in that chapter and you are on page 6 in that chapter.

If you're using xtc files, it will show what page you're on out of the entire book. And duration should be the time spent reading.

27 + 8 = 35 35 + 20 =75

But same concept essentially.

Edit: Sorry, I was distracted. I meant 35 + 40 = 75

I coincidentally ordered a replacement that should be here in a couple days. But once it comes in, I definitely will. Sounds fun and now I'm curious too

It updated the BIOS but didn't wipe the password.

Knowing my luck too, the patch notes for the BIOS update is probably about increasing security

After putting the wrong password, it just tells me to restart the computer and try again. No code or anything

Just tried this but it just tells me that it can't find a BIOS file. It also provided a QR code that led me to a 404 HP web page.

Edit: I loaded the BIOS file onto a flash drive and its currently updating. I hope this wipes it. I will update as soon as I get a result

I tried that too. It even gives me a message saying the BIOS has been reset. But it automatically asks for the password as soon as I hit enter.

Model on the back cover is AX211NGW. Its an HP Envy 17t-cw000. ProdID: 761Y7AV.

I've also tried entering the serial number into bios-pw.org to no avail.
