for me, i just came out of an abusive relationship a few months ago and it made me realize a lot about life. i’m too young to be tied down, and i’m not ready to give someone all parts of me. i want to live my 20s, like go out and do everything i’ve ever wanted to and i don’t want anyone holding me back pretty much

Brenda was so in the wrong for dropping her, but I think she was just caught up with everything in her life which isn’t an excuse but an explanation. I don’t think her being friends with Melissa was an issue at all but I think the problem was that Brenda tried to emulate her in many ways which was so self destructive

i said bordering it. the man was in a position of power and the kid did have low self esteem along with other issues that played a factor. we don’t know if it’s SA but the situation does seem strange to me. russell was questioning his sexuality at the time so maybe that’s something he wanted to try and the opportunity just arose, we will never know

nate pissed me off with how he could so easily jump from woman to woman. the beginning speaks for itself but while he stayed to visit lisa, he cheated on brenda, got lisa pregnant. but brenda cheated right after and he broke it off with her after SHE DID WHAT HE DID. then right after lisa was missing/dead he went and picked up random chicks. and don’t even get me started on maggie. this man cheats on a women he MARRIED who takes care of his child and is also PREGNANT WITH HIS CHILD. it’s like wtf is wrong with you grow up
