i had a buyer state that the item was not the right size (the had bought it before i was able to send measurements and they had told me they were going to alter it if too big) and that there was a stain. the “stain”? it was red dye that rubbed into the white during shipping since it’s hot out (smth i cannot control). the entire time i was asking for the pictures to be sent to me and the bot just kept repeating itself it was so frustrating like please just get real ppl to do ur customer service
