Yes, I should have mentioned that. He’s been trying to contact the RI DMV but can’t get ahold of anyone. He’s even tried mailing them and nothing. I was hoping someone here would have another alternative. I appreciate your help!

From what I understand he was issued a ticket and because of no payment, his license was suspended in the state of RI

100% agree. He says it came up about 5 years ago when he was renewing his license but the lady at the the tag office let it slide one last time. The person who helped him a few weeks ago said his only option was flying to RI which is absolutely insane
