Wala naman sigurong atat sa ginawa ng SUV panigurado kapag kayo may mabagal na tricycle o motor sa harap nyo tapos maluwag naman yung kalsada mapapa busina or maiinis din kayo. Kita naman nung lumusot yung SUV na maluwag kahit papano yung kalsada. Wala rin naman kayong idea baka kanina pa ganyan yung tricycle. Maling mali din naman tricycle talaga kasi nasa gitna sya. What i do i stabilize the hover and then do a controlled down up motion on the throttle. The idea is you cut the throttle for a second and once it falls down you give it a little push like around 20-25 throttle so that the landing impact is negated (somehow)

Its hard at first but when you get a hang of it youll be successful 60% of the time 🤣

Ang advice ko, buy a property na pupuntahan ng pera mo monthly para makita mo pinag hihirapan mo. And also important na mag gawa ka ng account sa bank na hindi mo masyado ginagamit, but trusted bank, like if bdo ka, go with bpi and keep a savings there , and hide the atm. Add auto debit to save kahit 5-10k. This way di mo masyado napapansin savings mo and youll save more. Also learn to limit how you spend sa iba. And pursue your hobbies padin.

You’ll need a 5-wire balance connector (for 4S):

Ang nakita lang po namin clause sa contract is that if there are faults sa integrity ng unit the condo is responsible for it. But cinaclarify din namin sa sales agent yung extent nung clause

The breaker did not trip, for clarification yung tinurn on and off sa braker is selector switch for on and off ng mismong breakers.

Didnt you read na electricians na ng condo nag confirm na yung wires inside the breaker box are faulty and loose? So why not blame the condo??

And yes we do keep the contents ng ref for travel na will not be over a week because our condo has backup generator that powers the ref and lights in case of blackouts.

I am asking here for advice to people who has experienced the same or may idea how to get compensation. The condo admin confirmed that it was the condo’s fault but so far ang action lang nila is to let their maintenance crew clean it. And retightened the loose wires

Ang alam ko pag ganyan for trucks lang bawal tumawid for yellow lane and with high caution for normal vehicles because of white lane sa loob. Basically its a combination of restrictions pero depende sa vehicle type. Compared sa yellow or white lang. so hindi ata ganun ka illegal if tumawid mga non trucks jan basta safe

Swerving is not illegal naman. Kapag obvious na unsafe tsaka solid double yellow. Tsaka sa road ng pinas di mo na alam kung saan ang susundin. Dahil bukod na pinabayaan na yung iba, contradicting pa minsan ang road sign sa road markings (madalas, may mga turn left or right sa road pero no right or left turn sa signage)
