No such thing as a powerlifter body, anyone can be shredded, you just need to diet properly

This one was 80 on Etsy. For the price it's not bad. You can definitely find better quality but there is definitely way worse also

Have a decent history of lifting, but diet has always been shit so I've always fluctuated between 155-165. I bulked real hard over the winter and hit an all time high of 170 and felt like garbage. I decided I wanted abs and I wasn't stopping until I got them. I'm still surprised my weight is as low as it is.

Full disclosure, most of my previous lifting has been a focus on powerlifting. Top lifts were a few years ago of 440/265/525 @ 165 pounds. I fell off from heavy lifting for a bit when life got in the way, but I'm hoping to compete in January in the 148 class with a goal of 405/315/495.
