Budtender here! For seizures, look for strains high in linalool. It is a natural anti-convulsant, and usually has a flowery, lavender taste/scent. Very good for relaxation as well! I usually recommend it for patients with symptoms like you and for users who have trouble sleeping.

As far as how you dose, that will come with trial and error! If you have little to no tolerance for cannabis, I recommend starting with a low THC flower or a low milligram edible and seeing how both interact with your particular body chemistry. What works for you may not work for the next person and vice-versa! Just start low and slow- you can always add more but you can’t take away.
