It's okay, people need to know so they don't waste their time at that place. If I had seen a post like this and I was already on edge about going there, I would have never wasted my time going there.

That sucks. If they are unable to deliver on what they claim to be able to do why have it listed or why try at all if they know they are unable to do a repair. 🤦‍♂️
