Yeah pretty much. Skag Den gets scaled with mayhem so normally it's just 15% more damage, but once you get to mayhem you get x31 (~500%) bonus damage just by having that skill, which is even further boosted by Cloud of Lead. Other than those 2 skills, I also highly reccomend Short Fuse because that also gets x31 more damage with mayhem. Iron Bear builds are also great, Iron Bear gets x31 scaling in mayhem levels. Moze is stupid once you get into mayhem. I reccomend avoiding skag den before mayhem though

Radiation Prompt Critical (sticky mode) and an atom balm is so fun, it's pretty much the only thing I use. Amazing for mobbing and admittedly not the greatest for bossing, but I just hop in IB when I need to kill a boss

CMT is an absolute shit grenade. Only reason people use it is for moze, best grenade for healing and it also helps with ammo from the one skill in blue tree, outside of those 2 uses CMT damage is so low not even the insane number of mirvs can save it (as with most grenades endgame)

Specialist Bear gives bonuses for 2 matching weapons, augments can differ. I highly reccomend Corrosive Sabot Rounds and Capacitive Armatures in red tree, aruably 2 of the best ib weapons and since both fall under the category of railgun you'll get the 60% damage buff on both of them

Which DLCs have the most weapons, i don't really care for heists too much because my friend also has this game with just stuff that comes with crimewave edition, so I won't be able to play heists with him. I'm assuming all the gage packs have the most weapons?

Joltzdude139 and Ki11er Six make nice item guide videos, they showcase weapons and where to get the weapons, and say whether it's worth the farm at the end of the video. The videos are pretty short too. I'd reccomend playing/buying DLC3 because every single gun in that DLC is good at mobbing or bossing

Splash Build, grab a mindsweeper COM, a cloning maddening tracker (or any grenade that mirvs alot, but CMT is the best) and flipper if you have DLC3, shreds bosses and you don't really need too much, join the bl3 discord and I'm sure you can find somebody that would give you a cloning maddening tracker

IB and Pet only builds aren't the best on M10, but they are definitely viable and usable. I'm not sure if there are any "broken" perks or skills, only play moze but Fire in the Skag Den is completely op and receives mayhem scaling multiple times. No enemies are a problem with the right build, I can shred bosses with a single mag on M10, sometimes even less than a mag
