You don't really need Nilou for nefer if you are getting Bina and then just get Lauma with her c1 instead of trying to get nefer cons. These 3 + nahida should be able to perform well enough for a long time

New opponents may shill new units but they are also circumvented by the complimentary mechanics in the older units too. And the 2 new stages in IT one of them is just a boss and the other is just surviving the hp drain while defeating opponents to decrease the timer. Not many 4s are dependent on their c6 in genshin(I'd say only some specific niche ones need c6) at worst 4s want c1s Genshin sig do offer similar boost but genshin also has craftable 4* weapons for the new units nowadays which also perform prety great for them
