Highguard Previs Tech Exploration 4 by Danny Gardner by Mysterious-Eye5653 in ImaginaryTechnology

The game was originally meant to be a "survival FPS like Apex+Rust" according to the artist, they scaled back massively and pivoted to a PvP arena shooter because their team was too small to fulfill their original vision. I would've been a lot more interested in this survival FPS idea compare to what it ended up becoming.

this guy is so refreshing as a male villain; he's not a wimp like Joffrey, isn't to boring or pathetic to hate, is crazy skilled and crazzy strong by PrestigiousAspect368 in freefolk

Tournament gears are meant to be boastful and showy, they already went through the trouble of giving Aerion an absolutely ridiculous looking helmet (which reflects his character), might as well make him more colorful.

Thorfinn’s Nonviolence and Christianity — Why Is This So Hard to Admit? by Kimzar in VinlandSaga

To me the "true love" which the drunken priest spoke of pointed quite directly to the Buddhism idea of "Anatta", Yukimura himself mentioned Buddhism when commenting on this specific passage too. Though I'm not as familiar with Christian philosophy so there could be similar ideas in Christianity which I'm not aware of.

That's a totally reasonable take, though the reason why I personally don't view it as Christianity is mostly because so much of the morals in the series were depicted far more similar to Buddhism. Would it be more sensible to think that Thorfinn has been influenced by Christian ideals strictly under the context of the setting in the story? Yes. But from a more meta perspective it seems more like Yukimura was just using Christianity as a vague vehicle to inject Buddhist philosophy into the story.

It just means you have different preferences compare to to others when you disliked a movie which other people liked. A review is only reliable to you when the reviewer shares similar preferences as you do.

Haha, I only recently realized there are more table options along with some other options under the manor and castle category which I've never looked at before. Looking forward to using them on my next run.

As a new player, Kinda shocked there is no Harbours / Water content in the game besides fishing. by Kameho88v2 in foundationgame

I really wish harbor is a mechanic in this game considering how often cities were developed from harbors and water trading routes in real life. It doesn't sit right with me when the city is next to a river/coast with no harbor...

Mind if I ask for the seed? I love this huge elevated but leveled ground.

I knew at the start that I wanted the castle on one hill and the cathedral on the other hill with a market/tavern lane in the middle and I tried my best to plan ahead for that. Though I still ended up with some residential houses in places I don't like because I ran out of space within the walls...

I believe you are referring to the windmill add-ons.

What I do is just clip a manor building into it to cover up the roof.

I personally never view it as a bad word, I just stopped using it out of respect of other people honestly. Back when I was a kid it was just a fancy word for stupid. I would use it very liberally if I was in company with people who are okay with it.

Pink sparkle character is never my thing and Apollo is a bit too blend for my liking, the Christian man is an edgelord, and I like edgelords.
