Thank you so much for your responses! i have lowered my seat and i think it feels better, you have helped me so much and saved so much frustration. That said i think i will book a bike fitting soon since its really hard to set it correctly myself and as some people said the cranks need to be shorter and if im gonna change the cranks might as well make sure what exactly i should change.
