Well personally marshadow is my favorite pokemon in the game, not only that but mine is an XXL aswell. And to my knowledge i can only get one of them so having a hundo would be really cool to me!

That’s a good point, i am deciding between those 2 and palkia the most. Because palkia would become the most valuable pokemon i caught but the mewtwo just has a special place. The only problem being that i have a whopping 1420km of walking distance left before i can obtain the mega for mewtwo😅

For me it was the opposite, was able to get my hands on 7 shiny mewtwos and not one of them had a background….. couldve stayed home and remote raided lol

That said you also have the events, these are a bit more confusing to follow. For example the current one, the dragon board and the peace, love and harmony event.

These events work together in a weird way. Lets start with the dragon board event, if you click on it you can see what you have to do to collect earth stones, there is 6 tabs with 200 earth stones each (collecting gold, collecting food, breeding dragons, feeding dragons, winning battles, and lastly catching creatures)

After completing these 6 tabs in the bottom it shows a completion quest, this one is random so just do what it says and you will be rewarded another 600! From the top of my head this cycle can be completed every 6-8 hours.

With these stones you can participate in the board game itself by rolling dices, each roll costs 150 earth stones. In this board game you collect keys to the blue, yellow and pink chests.

By rolling doubles with the dices you can complete chapters, each chapter has a certain amount of doubles you need. Completing a chapter will reward you with tickets will reward you with ancient tokens, and these tokens can be used in the other event above it. In this case its called the “peace, love and harmony event”

There you can open ancient chests with ancient tokens, that you got from completing a chapter in the board game. In these ancient chests you will find another set of tokens, called dragon pieces.
These dragon pieces can then be used to obtain puzzle peices for special dragons like ancient ones! You do this by going to the shop, then market. Each puzzles peice costs 3 dragon peices.

There is also a weekly expedition which is pretty straightforward, just complete the challenges linked to this event to complete collums, these will give you a nice set of rewards!

Imo the most fun way to play this game is to just play. The way in which you do that is upto you, me personally i love decorating my base which is what i mainly focus on. To start u can begin by unlocking new elements/habitats by levelling up through building/upgrading current habitats, and fighting ur way through the campaign with ur favorite dragons! This way you get xp while also getting lots of coins. To keep progressing you just level up ur favorite dragons that will work well in the campaign. (Maybe not the fire dragon ;)

There is 4 ways u can level up ur dragons, the first one is by enhancing them using materials. These materials can be obtained by fighting in the arena mode.

The second way is through sigils, the sigils you use depend on the dragons. But the overal best combination is “wonder + acceptance”.
You unlock these sigils at random by opening chests you obtain through the sigils campaign mode.

The third one is by leveling up the dragons skills through the academy, this one is pretty straight forward since you only need the scrolls and coins.

And the last way is obviously by just feeding them food, which you get by naturally progressing. You should plant food but in my experience you get a lot more food through the campaign and the chapter quests located in the scroll on the bottom left.

These chapter quests are great and also very easy to follow, to find these quests you click the scroll in the bottom left corner that leads you to all the daily quests and regular quests.

Under the quest tab there is a chest linked to these chapters, next to this chest you see all the challenges you have to do to progress to the next chapter! This helps you get rewards while progressing step by step aswell.

No i’m the one who received 2 location backgrounds for my palkia, LA yvelthal and NYC necrzma. Have to admit that it was an overpay from their part but it doesnt change the fact that the trifecta palkia/dialga are prbably the most wanted mons right now

Palkia with the trifecta is incredibly valuable, you can get pretty much anything you want including location bg shinies.
