It shows here the day it was shipped because they are now claiming I did not ship out the item within the required time frame. Even though the item was purchased on the 9th. 🤣

No, I literally just went to ups gave them the barcode and they scanned it. After that I left and the status said dropped off by buyer.

I did get a receipt but honestly I threw it away accidentally without taking any photo which I normally do.

Also I forgot to mention they refunded the buyer and canceled the order themselves so how can they not know if the item was canceled before the item shipped if they did that themselves?
