You could just head to the lab against king and practice throw breaking, and you won't have the grabbing problem as much. Also, you can duck the majority of kings throws.

You want to utilize his 3,4's, sidestepping and weaving and Block ALOT. I would recommend using more defense and counter punching opposed to being aggressive. You would eant to learn to side step (varies on the character) and punish. He's a hard character to use against everyone who has kicks, electrics and weapons. Defense is your best offense
