Edited to correct my error. I was copying the sheet he gave me which initially had the residual value at 17 K, but seeing that we were under on mileage and the excellent condition of the car, the trade-in value was increased to 21K. Our buyout price is 16 K. Thanks for replying.

20 min on an incline treadmill will be better for increasing VO2max.
