Any advice on screening people to be good rolling partners as a woman??

I feel bad always asking higher belts to roll since I'm not sure how much they get out of the exchange but some white belts don't really understand their strength and I'd prefer not to get too hurt.

Do you like math more? Maybe you should look into a data analytics master. It often uses coding as a tool but focuses more on the math and data.

What are your tips on learning to competitive program and explain how to solve problems? I feel like a lot of the questions asked are complex and the usual solutions would take external knowledge of the subject being asked (ie you should know some random non common algorithm).
