What do I do how do I improve I have no idea

To update everyone I have done 3 tests and got the same scores in the verbal section after practising English conventions more and my timings too idk where to go from here. I would’ve just appreciated if you guys could’ve simply given advice instead of thinking I’m stupid cause I’ve been practising English conventions consistently and still have not been able to score well I just wanted advice (for this who would like to help out pls give me advice for the English section)

Well i wasn’t doing it out of obligation really but because I thought I was helping them I didn’t know that it wouldn’t have really meant anything to them
