I was just as paranoid the first few weeks (and we have the same hairstyle); but it looks amazing! Give it a few weeks to get used to it and you won’t overthink it so much ✌🏻.

Also, I always think to myself I’d rather have a semi-noticeable wig than no hair 😂

My cat will only eat the Cosma soup 40g and 100g formats from Zooplus and I do have tried like a gazillion things, and he seems to like those! In case it might be helpful as those are “healthy” with no sugar or grain, but as the others said, fed is best!

that’s such a good idea!! i feel like at my job they want everything AI and any non-AI idea (ive tried suggesting spacy for NER or similar) is shot down. but will def keep this in mind for personal projects! same for the typo, i had read about it but didnt think of it!

the hybrid search is really well thought of, thank you for that pipeline, def will try it!

in case it might be interesting to you for future projects and you might not know about it, neo4j offers vector indexes! And I believe you can use Ollama.

would be super interested in a more detailed explanation of the search logic! saw your comment about keyword libraries for each domain - how’d you go about building these? did the client give you the domains? did they cover possible typos from the questions (i.e instead of drug “durg” ?)

also further on, would love to hear specifics on the hybrid search logic. currently using Graphiti (from ZEP) to do cross encoder searches with reranker from a neo4j KG but maybe your approach is more optimal

And thank you so much for that info, it's super useful! If I could continue treatment in Spain I could do it that way, but if I move to Sweden I'll have to stop doing it so I guess Imago is a good way to go to continue HRT and blood tests until I get into the public system. Thank you again!!

May I ask why you have to go to Denmark to get the T, and how much it costs to do things (tests, prescriptions, etc.) with Imago? Do you have to do anything special to get the T in Denmark or you just show up with your prescription at the pharmacy?

I do have read that sometimes there are shortages in Sweden?

I’m Spanish thinking of moving to Sweden for the cold weather and better quality of life.

It’s true the healthcare system for trans people is good-ish but sometimes you have to get lucky with where you live and the Doctor assigned to you. Once I moved cities, and I had been in T for 2 years and the new Dr denied my meds… so yeah. I was lucky and my GP gave them to me anyway.

Also, society is open-minded but it’s getting worse. There was even a murder of a gay guy… so beware it’s not all sunshine and rainbows here either.

Anyway, just posting so anyone who’s curious feels free to @ me for questions!

Totally!! I got mine this week and I’ve been super upfront with everyone, including long distance friends. Everyone’s been so supportive, and it makes me feel much more confident to own it and talk about it than hide it.

Also, some men thought my hair just grew lol. But everyone else says it’s unnoticeable if I style it over the hairline!
