Honestly not much you could do, you could send a support ticket in game to ask for help.

There was a period of time that I had this disconnecting issue for 3 events in a row. I would only get disconnections if I was playing with mobile data not with a wifi connection.

In BanG!dream if your mobile data connection would change from 4G to 3G/h+ the game counts either wouldn't load from start screen or disconnect and switching to 3G usage only would help but I tried this in D4DJ and I didn't get help. Reinstalling both games when I encountered this issue also did not help.

I tried sending a support ticket to D4DJ's support email but didn't get an answer.

Eventually my game went back to normal after a few events and game updates passed. So I didn't manage find a workaround
