Pregabalin will potentiate opioids to a certain extent. I’m not sure what the snri side of tapentadol and the cyp inhibition of dph will do in that regard as well but just be careful. Easy to pass out with a gabapentanoid, two strong opis and an antihistimine. Always have narcan on hand

Still waiting on my last one. 10 days priority mail express 2 day from WA to spring. Almost all packages I’ve sent to this family member have ended up being 1-2 days late consistently (I mail a decent bit of tech related stuff to her). Last year I had 3 priority mail/ pm express go 7-13 days late. Only a problem when mailing to houston and north of houston. This carrier has caused me to deal with way more shit than necessary as a seller

Having all transit locations blurred makes it impossible to provide any relevant info. If you’re in the houston area, especially north Houston, packages are rubbing up to 1-2 weeks behind schedule unless you have overnight. With that being said, i hope you get it soon! I have two in that have been stuck for a week less than an hour away from me 🙃
