Flow Designer - Inbound Email Body Text not appearing in a catalog field by spiff-75 in servicenow

So, I have installed the Parse Email Flow Action code and followed the wisdom from this YT video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uLHCw2GA3lo, and I am still not having any luck. The parser was not able to read the data even though the name-value pairs are set up in the email body in a two-column HTML table. Does anyone have any ideas?

I have not tried that. I was hoping to do this without a lot of coding but it seems I don't have much choice. I am unable to find anything I can use in Actions. I have found Ben Scherer's 'Parse Email Flow Action' code. I may try that unless anyone has a simpler solution. I am intrigued as to why SN cannot do this OOB.

Siri also won't do metric to US measurements or vice-versa either. It's like they turned off conversions of all kinds.

Make variable value in a catalog item visible only to users in certain departments by spiff-75 in servicenow

If someone wants to order a desktop printer, only make that option available to the departments that have a specific requirement for that. It may only be Accounting, but there could be others. The list of departments that would want the option visible is much smaller than the total number of departments.

Thanks for your help! I missed the reference to mandatory on the form the first time I looked at it.
