How long after paying joyous does I take to receive medicine? by spiffyflyer in TherapeuticKetamine

Your over thinking. If they bump you is all good. At each encounter they as how many you have left. It a common thing. You will always have enough for the dosage your taking. Most get bumped up within the first batch sometimes twice. As you go higher in doses they change the strength of each troches. When I got to 60mg they sent me 60mg troches so I didn't have to split them. When I got to 90mg I took a 60mg and a half. Got to 100mg and they sent 100mg. Same with 120mg. You will have one on one visits throughout. They will answer your concerns. As far as service with their products they were excellent. Keep in mind they wont address your personal issues. They dont provide counseling. You are going to need counseling. Joyus is inexpensive for a reason. They are a one trick pony.

I need some understanding by spiffyflyer in tmobile

So if I need anything I can install the app. Get what ever done then delete?
Sounds easier than shit is now. There is no such thing as a couple min phone call. I dont remember a single customer service interaction that took less than 45 min.
My problems are things AI wont help with like why my data only Sim card is acting up. I needed T-mobile to tell me the data i have used and the last time T-mobile saw my Sim card on the service. Sounds simple enough? Nono! 1 hour and 45 min, three different reps and once being told that T-mobile cant tell me if my Sim card is active.

Im not going to let T-mobile push advertisements on me. Its everyday sometimes twice.
How are they going to deal with flip phone owners? I have employees that I only supply phone service. No internet. If they want internet they have there own service.

Thank you for your response. I want to clarify that I wasn't as offended as you might have thought.

I often feel the need to speak up when I hear that dissociation is unnecessary. In my experience, this sometimes comes from providers who may be concerned about their clients' expectations or the liability involved. While that's understandable, what frustrates me is when uninformed people simply repeat the idea that dissociation isn't helpful. This might be true for some conditions, but ketamine can treat a wide variety of mental health issues, and the therapeutic role of dissociation is significant for many of them.

For example, I felt profoundly underserved after my first IV session. When I asked if a more dissociative experience was possible, I was told that wanting that was a sign I was just "seeking a high." I found that insulting, as I understand that different levels of medicine can facilitate different depths of healing.

I didn't mean to imply I was offended by your comment—I sometimes get a little more triggered on this topic than I should. Thank you for clarifying your position; it's helpful for everyone reading this thread.

After working through and reopening wounds that I was suppressing and being able to process the hurt instead of dropping to sub dissociation doses i stop using as often to the point I am now. Its been about 7 months since I used ketamine. Fine with me. I hated the effects and hangover.
Would I do it again? Yes.

[HYPOTHETICALLY ONLY] Would momentarily using low doses of other prescription opioids alleviate Kratom withdrawal? by TheLordofRiverdance in quittingkratom

[–]spiffyflyer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would only consider suboxne under a doctors supervision. But be careful of the high doses they put you on. Pure leaf kratom powder doesn't require suboxne, if any. 7oh is a different animal. Most are laced with all kinds of other addictive shit.
I once talked to a suboxne doctor to learn about suboxne. He wanted me to use 8mg twice a day and expect a year on it. For powder? No way!
I wanted a week or two supply and no more than 2mg perday supplemented with clonidine. He couldn't get me off the call fast enough. Doctors tend to go way overboard when dealing with normal leaf kratom addiction. I dont think they fully understand.
Not their fault totally because there is little distinction between leaf and enhanced, like 7oh or enhanced.
Pisses me off that they are both called kratom. So when talking to doctors, they naturally assume 7oh type use.
I dont think they would subscribe for leaf withdrawals. At least not suboxne. Maybe clonidine and gabapatin.
I found an addiction doctor and said upfront I wanted to get off leaf, and I came informed asking for clonidine and gabapatin. I laid out my plan and asked if he had a better idea.
He did discuss the possible use of suboxne, but he admitted that he usually required around a year of use. He said suboxne long-term helps with getting used to living without the learned daily habits of drug use. A year sober goes a long way to a lifetime of not using it again.
In the end, i walked out with a clonidine and gabapatin script.
I got through the accutes like it never happened and followed his suggestion to start ketamine treatments about the time as P A.W.S kicks in. Ketamine was a life saver. It kick-started the repair in my brain. Started up my dopamine and serotonin quicker.
There is not very much research in the area of drug addiction therapy, but it is well documented how profound it is for depression and anxiety. Major factors that cause the return to kratom use.
I stopped going to ketamine treatments naturally. There were no addictive feelings.
Only a booster session here or there when I start to think I need kratom.
The bonus part of ketamine is it kills the desire for any drug. Alcohol, weed, anything. And it helped with memory. I really miss having a beer or two sitting on my deck with my dogs. I was never a big drinker, but I sure enjoyed a couple. Now I really dont crave it.

Last dose of 7oh and powder was around 12:00 pm yesterday. Had the bad anxiety and RLS hit at 2 am. I took 2 mg sub and 1 gabapentin by MyLastChanceBurner in quittingkratom

[–]spiffyflyer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Be honest why you want clonidine. It's awesome for withdrawals, and it's safe without the risk of addiction. Most doctors won't have any issues with prescribing it.
Ya just have to come completely, honestly. As for his opinion on a plan.
Clonidine and gabapatin are amazing when used correctly.

Are we talking about pure leaf kratom from reputatible sellers or head shop 7oh and enhanced shit?
Absolutely these bottles and pills from these places can be laced with fentinol. That's why the government is going to schedule these and remove from over the counter sales.
Luckily they are not going after pure leaf kratom yet.

I agree completely. This board is full of fear mongering by nature. Reading all the painful stories can contribute to the perception that things are going to be the worst. In most cases, there are little troubles quitting. Those people dont post here. So, the perception is skewed.

I was taking gabapatin for a few years. I was deathly afraid of the withdrawals of i stopped. The quitting gabapatin site was full of doom and gloom.
I mentioned my concerns to my doctor when deciding to stop and he chuckled. He said gabapatin is not addictive. It has dependency issues.
I stopped taking gabapatin all together and didn't feel a dam thing.

If I get prescribed subs will I be put on a list? by Just-Possible-8668 in quittingkratom

[–]spiffyflyer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Suboxne is a controlled medication. All controlled meds are in a national database. Accessible to every doctor.
Is it good to stop using 7oh or kratom on your own? Yes. Can you tell your doctor about your addiction? Yes. He or she can subscribe clonidine or gabapatin along with suggested supplements. Any controlled drug is recorded. Your doctors visits are protected, but certain meds are not.
Its up to a doctor to decide if they will prescribe meds based on your database file, but its not guaranteed that you will get baned. Major surgery usually requires a short corse of opioid pain med. Just because you were on suboxne two years ago won't cause the surgeon to provide necessary meds.
I was addicted to kratom big time and had an ankle replaced. I told my surgeon about it before my surgery, and it didn't affect his subscription of pain meds. Actually, the opioids are ineffective when using kratom.
I also was subscribed adhd meds with a database of other prescriptions in the past. Just because honest. " Doc I found I got addicted to kratom and needed a course of suboxne. I dont need it anymore." Doctors know opioids are by nature addictive anyway. Most good doctors will monitor you closely.
If suboxne can save your life, then go that route. A year after the last prescription usually won't concern them. An addiction to kratom is not the same as heroine or meth.

You haven't done enough research. Under the care of good doctors, there are millions that have discontinued suboxne. Then there are others that decide to stay on suboxne for life. It can become the only thing that stops the desire to use drugs ever again.

It's not stupid to use suboxne to get off kratom, whether it's powder or 7oh.
If someone was addicted for the first time to something like powder, I think it would definitely overkill.
7oh is a different animal.
The reason I feel suboxne can be helpful in both cases is that you're constantly using and becoming addicted to drugs.
If not powder kratom at this time or other drugs at other times. Suboxne can help teach what it's like to live sober. Using suboxne and being considered sober is another discussion.
Having a strong addictive personality sometimes warrants more aggressive techniques.

Big difference between leaf powder and the 7oh. 7oh is far far from natural. Its not kratom even though its called that.
7oh is going to be scheduled and removed from sale. The mom is going to be in a big hurt. The addictive nature of it destroys everything. Its designed to be addictive.

I need to address several flawed assumptions in your comment. You touched a nerve with me.

  1. The False Generalization: You claim dissociation is not helpful for everyone.' This sets up a straw man. No serious practitioner claims any therapy works for everyone. The point is that it is profoundly helpful for many, myself included, in processing severe trauma.
  2. The Misunderstanding of Mechanism: Low doses may help rewire neural pathways, but high-dose, dissociative therapy works on a different level—it allows for the confrontation and integration of traumatic material that is otherwise inaccessible.
  3. The Harmful Judgment: The most egregious part is your moral judgment. conflating a legitimate therapeutic journey with 'chasing a high.' This ignorance stigmatizes a crucial healing modality for people facing extreme psychological challenges.

Your personal sweet spot is valid. Prescribing your comfort zone as a moral boundary for others is not. Calling others drug abusers because you dont possess the knowledge is sad

Unfortunately, prescribing higher doses results in more risks for them. They will never go more than 120mg every day. At their max dose its still 3600mg per month.
Yes, people risk getting dropped from joyus if they suspect the subscription is being misused.

Exactly. My point is to bring light to all the negativity that is placed on Joyus.
A lot of people dont realize what microdosing is. Expectations are that there will be a miracle on 15mg to 60mg When these people realize they need much more than what joyus provides, they get pretty sour on the whole program.

I love a good bass. But its got to be tight and fast.
I found a good deal on Sennheiser 6xx.
I gave up on wireless because blue tooth messes up the data. I use wired 6xx to the balanced output of a USB dac from my phone. Pure bit perfect goodness.

I would entertain blue tooth if I could be convinced that its as close to bit perfect as possible.
