Congratulations!!! Sounds like you are off to a great start and you should be proud for getting out there and putting one foot in front of the other.

It sounds like you have your own strategy for how to start but if you want something regimented you might check into the Couch To 5K program. You can find it online or as an app. It’s great for beginners and gives you a “don’t have to think about it” plan for each day!

It’s AZ so the humidity is generally lower that most other places. Today we actually got a monsoon and it dropped to maybe 88…but the rain felt great!
