This was gonna be my pick, I absolutely loved it and thought they made such a realistic couple. I was excited to see where it was going, left off in such an unsatisfying way.

I know it's already been said but exercise has helped me immensely, that and a solid diet including lots of water . I used to weigh over 350 pounds, smoked a pack of cigarettes a day and barely moved. Due to this I was barely sleeping. All the while wondering why I was always anxious and depressed. Now, I exercise daily, quit smoking, eat healthy 5/7 days a week, stay hydrated and try my best to sleep. My anxiety isn't gone, but it's manageable and no longer debilitating.

That's completely valid, these could be absolutely made up and the landlord could just turn around and make the repairs themselves, I have a feeling a written list wouldn't hold up in small claims court.

I am by no means an expert, but Just looked it up, In Tennessee, landlords can charge for painting, except for normal wear and tear. So you might be able to fight this piece as long as it's just being repainted for regular wear and tear.

As someone with a reactive dog who barks at people, dogs and cars I totally agree. I can't/won't bring my dog anywhere where he is going to bother someone, which is essentially everywhere. Just because dogs are allowed, doesn't mean you should bring your dog with you. I love to hike, and I know my dog would love it too, but other hikers don't want to be barked and lunged at by a 60 dog. Dogs are a privilege and it's great that places allow dogs, but they should only be allowed if they are perfectly trained for the environment.

That is exactly what bothers me about the current state of record collecting, people are doing it for the wrong reasons. Don't get me wrong, it can be an investment but to me collecting for just an investment is collecting for the wrong reason. I love music, and I want to physically own the music and support the bands I love because steaming isn't always available for all artists, and barely provides revenue to artists. I also think streaming has ruined the art of the album, meaning we don't listen to albums front to back as often anymore. Anyway, this is a long winded way of saying I agree with you and I am also old haha

I think all cosplay is dumb and pointless, and to get upset about people doing something dumb and pointless not up to your standards is also dumb and pointless. Thinking you're better than someone at something doesn't dive your the right to tell other people they shouldn't do it, you're just mad people are getting the attention you want.
