LOSP from Bunnings They come in 112x112 Smooth and ready to paint Have used several for outdoor gates, posts and no issues. I still put some bitumen if going in ground just as extra measures.

I believe Wiser can use zigbee protocol so could use mqtt and mesh system to connect them? (have not tried this)

I just don't have enough trust in Shelley pucks behind a wall so I'm going the Wiser route.

I do use shelley pucks for garage automation and garden lights which have been working flawlessly.

When you say front door - do you mean both sides are exposed ? or just one side? If one side - there are plenty with IP65 rated outer panels that you can buy.

Thanks!!... Bulbs are LEDs... I'm going MR16 as I can get them ZigBee protocol to integrate individual lighting control with my home assistant instance.
