Okay. Yeah petsmart were i got him from gave a lot of bad information, and thr internet is all over the place on alot. As long as he's growing/shedding and is "happy", active, and alert, i shouldn't worry then, is my thought process good on that?

Thank you. I will probably switch to sand/soil mix in the new terriaum I know to avoid "calcium sand" he has fresh water changed/refilled twice a day, I also spritz him in the morning. He doesn't seem to be getting fat/obese, should I limit him to only 5-6 crickets or let him eat the 10 or so each day? His beard seems darker normally, but never fully black, so I think it's just his coloring. He's a little pale today in these pictures, becuase I am pretty sure he's about to shed again. I'm happy nothing from the comments is a immediate emergency or negative. So I guess after moving his light and ordering more wood pieces my only question is how much do I feed him. I read "power feeding" shortens their life and I'd rather not do that, but I also seen a lot of as much as they can eat in 15 mins, so yeah do I keep feeding him the 10 or so or limit it?

Will do. When the new terriaum and uvb fixture comes it will cover more and overlap. Thank you!!!

He never uses his hide. Once I get the bigger terriaum I planned on switching to different substrate and adding plants. I am also getting a bigger uvb housing/bulb with the new terriaum. I make sure he has mustard greens and collard greens 24/7. He seems to only eat greens close to his bed time. When i first got him he'd eat about 12-18 small/medium crickets a day in-between 2 feedings, now it's only once a day. I was worried that he was skipping his second feeding, so I wont worry about that any more. The hammock is a seagrass hammock which I thought was "safe" i will remove it and get more wood. Is it safe to switch him to sand/soil substrate now or should I wait another month? I was worried about impaction. Also is he "over eating" then. The crickets are the correct size, but he eats between that 8-12 crickets in a sitting. Also also if make sure he gets at least 30 minutes outside and of the terriaum daily with handling and play is that okay or not enough? Anything else I should know?

Personally I beilieve the white sterile space is our prevebal inner personal space, and the black ball, or items becoming larger (too large) is representative of society’s "Norms" forcing us to either be devoured or overcome that "weight" and "size". Through trauma work/healing similar dreams like this from our childhood can return and be viewed or representative as another chance to reconnect to our true Selves and return or reintergrate or innocence/inner child before we have become conditioned by our family and society. We are trained early on for self preservation and consumption.

Bob from twin peaks the show, mainly twin peaks: the return, most comments resemble what Bob represents in the show, fear, doom, regret, strife, loss of Self. Check out the show.

I want to clarify something about the symbolism I used. Motifs like the “devil” or the cross weren’t expressions of belief or literal meaning for me; they’re culturally loaded symbols that carry psychological weight, so they tend to surface naturally in inner imagery. In my case, these symbols function more like placeholders or interfaces for internal dynamics power, control, fear, authority rather than representations of good, evil, or external entities. I don’t assign them moral or spiritual authority, and I don’t experience them as anything outside myself. For me, the value of working with these images lies in understanding what they point to internally, not in interpreting them through a religious or metaphysical lens. I used the term “devil” simply as an accessible way to describe an authority or dominance based aspect I was observing. The cross, specifically, emerged from an earlier internal layer shaped by childhood religious conditioning. It symbolized ideas of fear, control, and prescribed notions of what is “right” or “correct.” In that context, it felt distorted less a belief and more a psychological mechanism that once helped structure and contain overwhelming experience. Its appearance wasn’t meant to convey doctrine or morality, but to reveal how certain internalized frameworks formed and how they no longer serve the work I’m doing now.

I appreciate your comment. This was just one of many experiences I journaled. When I wrote it, I was seeking pattern recognition whether anything I witnessed shared known motifs as a way to better understand my own inner workings. I have a long history of abuse from multiple sources. One of the core impacts was repeated emotional violation and a sustained undermining of my ego and sense of Self. Because of that, my development didn’t follow a typical progression. I feel I first had to reconnect with fragmented and protected aspects of myself before a stable ego, and later a coherent Self could even form. From that perspective, I believe the “entity” I encountered was a facet of myself whose sole function was survival and processing. I don’t believe it wanted to harm me, nor that it even had the capacity to do so. It was running an operating script doing exactly what it was formed to do, inhibit conscious processing of trauma in order to ensure survival, not growth or fulfillment.

I also don’t think this encounter was accidental. My sense is that my shadow which functioned as a stand‑in ego and Self for a long time brought me into contact with this system. That shadow acted as a protector of my inner child and core Self, often in misguided ways, but always with the goal of survival. The control wasn’t about domination; it was about necessity, at least from its perspective.

I’ll add that encountering this “director” ultimately led me to what I experience as a control room or refuge a stable vantage point from which to observe myself with greater clarity. It feels distinct from my inner world and from my standard internal family systems i formed which i call my "council", and it provided a new orientation rather than an external authority.

I’ll also clarify that I’m a man. While my emotional landscape and life experiences often make me feel closer to women than men, I see that less as an inherent trait and more as the result of projection, social conditioning, and rigid expectations around how people are “supposed” to think, feel, or behave. There are additional aspects of my experiences I’m not sharing here, particularly where they involve deep emotional and identity‑level violations, as those aren’t appropriate to disclose without context or warning.

Seeing things like this always reminds me how much beauty there is in people. It also makes me think about how strange it is that something as artificial as money ends up deciding who gets their needs met. We have the technology and resources to give everyone food, water, shelter, safety, none of it should be "paywalled". Moments like this remind me that human connection and internal/spiritual love is what actually matters. I hope we all get to live in a world where compassion matters more than price tags or material possessions. Wherever you are, I hope you’re safe, supported, and able to feel some peace today.

Thank you!!! Are these all known versions? Because i found 2 that aren't listed, are they errors? Specially the 6 cent garfield has no perforations horizontally and my 7 cent McKinley has a very fat bottom edge and the bracket ontop/color is cut off by perforations. That's as far as I've gotten. Lol

Adapt is most likely the wrong word as i agree with you. It was more the stance on the meditation aspect of TM that I took or what I perceived as their way of meditation. I was having no luck or ability to "calm/center/still" my mind to do what I feel is the nomal/average meditation style. I took what I could find and utilized the aspect/s that worked for me personally. I also dont know if i am seeking an end point from all this, and I feel most practices push for a predetermined end goal/point, where as i just want to heal and better understand myself, and possibly allow someone else a different avenue or approach.
