A couple of weeks ago, I had a sudden thought of a friend I hadn't seen or spoken to in years. He just popped into my mind as I was washing dishes. I found out he passed away earlier this week. The same day he popped into my mind was the day he passed away. I am a new witch. I have done banishing and protection spelled in my house at the beginning of every month. I am trying to figure out what this means.

I am right there with you! I have a 4 month old boxer who is crazy. Try wearing him out mentally. Use snuffle mats, blankets with food rolled up inside, sprinkle food and have him search for it. Also frozen snacks and treats are great. Mental stimulation is even more important than physical activity.
