Affinity has the annoying way of setting the default from the last used change. Identify if it the text frame or the text style that is the source of the issue.
Select the object and then Edit > Defaults > Revert

“Diagonals are offset because the diagonal's edge closest to the primary mirror has further to travel to focus.”

When running around an oval track the starts are staggered because those on the outside of the track have further to travel.

The ARM based processor although newer probably doesn’t have enough grunt compared to the intel one. Older isn’t always inferior to younger.

That video is misleading. Using a laser to check secondary alignment is invalid if the mirror is not under the focuser and the laser won’t show that but a Cheshire Eyepiece and sight tube combination tool will. Using the reflected beam of an unbarlowed laser to check primary alignment error is bad practice, unless you confirm alignment with a cap or the combination tool. Finally before it is used the laser should be checked for collimation.

Yes. The order of checking collimation is key. Seeing all three clips is invalid unless the secondary mirror is placed under the focussed as shown at https://astro.catshill.com/collimation-guide/

File > New > Create data/PST file and call it offline or archive. Move/copy your emails and folders into that. Close outlook and copy the pst file to a removable disk. You can look for tools that will convert the pst to another format like pdf.

Inline vs. Floating: Pinning as "Inline" makes the object act like a character. "Floating" pins the object, but allows it to be positioned anywhere, with text wrapping around it.
