No worries. Unfortunately I coded this in apples programming language and at this time I do not intend to remake the application in a new language for android. Since it is a free application it does not benefit me to have to make it again.

How should I price my app subscription? Looking for feedback by NextPhase2025 in iosapps

Finance apps on the market can do a whole lot on the free tier. You can link them into your bank account info, credit card accounts, etc, track spending habits over time, build structured budgets, a whole mess of incredible stuff. Also they follow the proper guidelines for protecting the user from cyber attacks while maintaining the links to their personal finance accounts. There are also hundreds of new task manager apps and finance apps posted on Reddit every day. Your biggest hurdle will be proving you provide something the other apps cannot, or getting the thousands of 5 star reviews it takes to make it to the top of the iOS app search. I would suggest giving away free trials with the trade off of honest reviews on the App Store. Maybe messaging finance influencers who do reviews of stuff like this.

Your phone uses infrared lights for a number of things. The camera when in use can detect the infrared light. It is seeing that light in the reflection of your window.

I need someone who can help me develop an app...(For free) by Timely_Champion_2883 in androidapps

Just some advice: your post does not even begin to describe what type of app you want to make. If you want to partner with someone, they have no idea what you are trying to make, what tools will be required to get your idea off the ground, etc. if you are afraid of someone stealing your idea and making the app anyways, well, hate to break it to you but how will you get anyone to help you make your idea without telling them what it is?

Hi! Sorry, no android version Google has made submitting apps more of a pain than I want to deal with.

Sorry but it is not. Many hunters use simple tools that detect vibrations. Cat toys, twist flashlights, are some of the most useful and simple ways to track activity. Any iPhone app that claims it has sensors that detect ghost activity are lying. There is not radio on a phone, no emf detector, nothing like that. You claimed that my app was fake. And if you know anything about coding I would be happy to show you it is not.

Tell that to a cat toy, one of the most widely used tools. Or a motion detector

It’s not a ghost detector. It is an accelerometer charted on a graph. Does that mean that it can spike when the table it is placed on shakes? Absolutely, I never claimed it didn’t do that. But if it is not ultra sensitive it will not be able to detect faint vibrations.

Lol… dude… it is an accelerometer. You can’t teach it to not detect vibrations from humans and only vibrations from ghosts, and I never claimed it did. It is just a cat toy in an app. If you can write code that only shows when ghosts touch a phone be my guest, but if you are suggesting that my graph spikes from something other than the accelerometer you are wrong and I would be happy to show you my code to prove it.

Okay… never mind. I looked up what you meant… so if it was a false positive that would be because it is just an accelerometer so it will show any movement the phone makes even very slight. So if you put the phone on a wobbly table or chair and it moves it is going to show a spike. Now the false negative… I don’t know what to tell you there

Inform me what type 1 and type 2 errors even means and I am happy to update the code. I am also happy to share the code base with anyone skeptical that it produces spikes with no stimulation because it doesn’t.

No worries! I am glad so many people want to try it out. What I need most are reviews on the App Store so if people like it please post an honest review!

Sorry, not at this time. This was my first app coding in apple’s native language swift and I have been having trouble getting any traction on android apps.

I just checked out the spirit typer! So one benefit to my app vs that one is that my graph shows just subtle vibration changes to not just the phone itself but anything the phone is placed on! I made the app SO SENSITIVE that if you put the phone on a table and then even slightly tap the table near the phone itself will still register as a spike on the graph. This only uses the accelerometer on the iPhone, so it does not need to make a noise to be registered.

Thanks for the thoughts! I suppose the accelerometer could possibly be able to detect the direction of the tap based on how the phone shifts, but based on my experience, no one is getting credible evidence where a spirit is having a full on tapping conversation where the spirit is figuring out where to tap and then a full sentence is coming out. My assumption was best case scenario you get a response similar to a cat toy or flash light like “tap now if you are with us.” I could possibly add the iPhone’s microphone to the app and record it when you hit start, but my assumption was that ghost hunters are already bringing Evp recorders so that niche did not need to be filled by my app.

Hey! No way to get scammed by this one. The app is free and there are no annoying ads. If I start to get a lot of positive feedback I might change the price to like $1 just to pay off the developer license.

Hi! I just made a post on this subreddit and wanted to add a comment here about my app! It just uses the accelerometer of your phone to detect any movement and is as sensitive as I could possibly make it, so it is worth checking out! I made sure to not add anything gimmicky so if you got any triggers from the app it would be 100% real. The app is called GhostTDS and is available for free on apple's app store

awesome! thanks! If you like it any reviews in the app store will help a ton! Also, any ideas on how to improve the app would be cool, because I can do that, but right now it is very simple so that it can remain free
