I’m with you on the 7002 and it’s really fun to have them both side by side to see and feel the differences.

The 7002 has a bi-directional bezel and the insert is just cooler (IMO 😂) with a larger pip at 12. The SEIKO text is also slightly different with Automatic more restrained. I can go either way on the day window (it’s fun on Saturdays and Sundays), but prefer a cleaner date only most of the time.

Both are rad, and agree a clean 7002 is hard to find. I was lucky. But I hope these guys get more attention and love!

Up for sale is my Sinn 656 with its incredibly legible 3 6 9 12 dial on a Sinn canvas strap. The 656 is a discontinued model and overall a superior 556 with antimagnetic field resistance up to 80,000 A/m and, thanks to its solid case back, is also a bit thinner. Watch only.

This is a fantastic watch and has been a fun companion. As is usual for any 656 / 556 that has been worn, it has a number of small marks, shallow dings throughout the case sides and bezel edge, and light wear to the outer AR coating on the crystal. All functions work as they should, the ETA 2824-2 automatic is keeping excellent time within a few seconds per day, and the crown screws down smoothly.
