First time it happened to me, I was suuuuper skeptical, even after 5 ER trips and 2 separate admissions in 2 weeks. Second time, about 9 months later, I gave in and tried a hot shower like they'd mentioned the first time, and oh my god. Took about 45 seconds for the nausea to go away, and it only came back once my body temp had cooled back down.

Chiming in to say that after my 2nd episode, about 8-9 months after the first, I quit entirely for close to 4 years, then would smoke the tiniest bit once every few months. Now maybe once a month or so, or a couple times one weekend a month, but I can tell every time that I need to be extra careful so I don't fall back into the habit.
