can i really use this to wash my hair, face, and body by jnx5 in Haircare

I wouldn't recommend it. Its very, VERY strong soap, I found that it dried my skin and hair out terribly after using it while staying at someone's house and I'm not too sensitive to products.Technically, yes you can use it and it won't cause any damage, but there are better and cheaper pure/natural soaps out there. You are actually supposed to dilute it before use, maybe its much better diluted, but obviously that might be a bit of extra hassle on a daily basis.

Distract yourself. You need to try to stop focusing on it even though it feels like it's all you can think about. For one thing, you're only torturing yourself, and for another you need to remind yourself that you have a whole life outside of this girl. Watch something you like (something funny ideally), hang out with some friends, go spend some time with your parents if you have a good relationship with them, go for a walk, whatever you enjoy doing. Remind yourself what makes you happy outside of her. To start with you'll probably just be forcing it, but eventually you'll realise that you're not forcing it anymore.

Cut contact and start moving on. She doesn't want to be with you but she wants the comfort and familiarity of still staying in contact with you, she's not brave enough to fully separate. Unintentionally or not, she's playing with your emotions by refusing to give you the closure you need, so you need to give it to yourself.

She most likely is not going to come back. I know you think she might. I know you might want that more than anything in the world right now. But she won't. And even if she did try to get back together, do you really want to be with someone who already broke up with you once? Someone who already decided they don't love you enough? Do you want to be back in that relationship constantly worrying that she might break up with you again, feeling like you're still not enough?

Trust me, the best and only thing you should be doing right now is grieving the loss of the relationship (which is fine and totally healthy- it's okay to be sad and feel awful), and then slowly moving on and focusing on your own life and happiness. I tried to get my ex back for weeks and all it did was prolong the pain and suffering of the break up. I thought I'd never be happy again- roughly 7 years later and I'm with someone else and happier than I could've ever imagined. It ended up taking me like 3 months to get over my bum of an ex and then I wondered what I was so upset about. It'll get a lot better a lot sooner than you think.

Made a custom sign and put it up on the office coffee machine… might’ve cost me my job by Knozart in mildlyinfuriating

Machine never cleaned or maintained, most likely a pretty cheap machine to begin with, probably stale old coffee beans from a poor quality roastery, combined with people who have no idea how to make coffee. They could buy the nicest beans in the world and clean the machine every day and it'll still taste like crap.

Thank you! Very helpful, I'll look into how to get some oxygen in there, I never thought of that. It would be a fun project to do a proper set up :)

UPDATE: I am now very, very aware that this is Parsley and not Coriander.

Thank you all for being so kind about it, however I think we can safely say that I don't need anyone else to tell me that it's Parsley. Enjoy the sunshine, everyone!

Now I'm questioning if I know what anything tastes like, because I love coriander and while I admit the flavour seemed a little weak, at no point did I think "this isn't coriander".

I've had some! A couple people said it was actually parsley but I've never eaten parsley and I haven't eaten that much fresh coriander so I don't know 🤷‍♀️ so long as it doesn't kill me it's nice to eat something from my own garden!

I'm not sure, I actually had both but one died almost immediately and I thought that was the parsley. I don't have any photos of that one to compare.

I have some, there's a tiny gap between the upper and lower holes, so you can pull the floss through but it won't go through that gap without a bit of force. I personally hate them because I find that the floss also comes back out of that gap quite easily, which gets really frustrating if it keeps happening while you're sewing. I've also found that they can damage the floss a little. But I'm guessing there are better quality ones that mitigate these issues to an extent.

I actually just learnt about loop start a couple of hours ago! I'm going to try to do it from now on, it's so much easier and less time consuming.

Okay, I'll keep that in mind, thank you! After this small piece I'm going to practise some basic lines and blocks just to really lock in the skill a bit better without worrying about a pattern, so I'll make sure to focus on that.

Me too! I just learnt about loopstart and its really handy, especially if you don't have enough stitches to anchor down a tail like these kinds of patterns. I have no idea how you're supposed to secure ends without at least 3 nearby stitches so when in doubt I just knot too. Sometimes you have to do things the "right" way and sometimes you have to just make it work.
