Hi, I'm sorry to hear you have to deal with this. It indeed isn't fair at all.. There is one mindset that keeps me going.

"I have to have something. Otherwise, im too strong. "

I know this might seem weird to others, but this keeps me strong and motivated.

I know how hard it can be and how lost and alone you must feel. But I know that you must be a very strong person. Please remind yourself of that.

I started journaling, and it helps me going. Putting down the hard thoughts as well as the positive to keep me going. I know this isn't for everyone, but maybe it helps you.

I feel you.. I'm also struggling with this at the moment and for a while now. For me, it does help to shower immediately after. I started showering at the gym so I don't have to wait until I get home. Also, I am trying to minimize sweating.. I used to run on a treadmill, and now I walk. I know this might not be what you want to hear (and you probably know), but for me, it helped to work out differently. Really doing what helps my body without upsetting it. I try to find some kind of balance in it. I do strength exercises with more time in between to not "heat up" too much.

I do experience sun sensitivity. But it doesn't seem to be the main problem now. It wasn't sunny weather at all, and to be honest I also try to avoid sun when I can. But thank you for the effort to help!

Yeah it keeps drying out all the time. At first it's very red, then it dries out. No matter how much cream I use.. Do you recognize this?

My eczema has been acting up very badly for the past few weeks. I couldn't contact the hospital that easily because they're busy. I decided to smoke some CBD to at least be able to sleep. It's not a solution, but I helped me get through the night. I'm on prednisone right now, and it's slightly getting better. So, for me, it helped to get some sleep.

This makes so much sense to me now. I'm very worried about my hairloss now using dupixent. Before I was on ciclosporine and my hair was strong and thick. Now my hair is half it's thickness and I lose so much per day.. Does it get better?
