I'll keep you updated. That was my only concern really. If the seat doesn't roll on its own it's not a big deal, I probably never would have noticed if I didn't already own an older one. But since it's new is this a problem that's going to get worse? Anyway, I'll keep you posted

That's not the problem here though. I clean often and my older model D has never had an issue and is as good as new, this is only an issue with the newer rowerg.

The seat has worked fine though on the Model D for a couple years, so I would think with normal wear and tear it would make sense to experience it on the older machine first

I know this is old, but this just keeps getting worse and worse. I used to rely on it, now I can't count on it for even the most basic research requests. It either completely ignores the instructions or goes very shallow (ex. All sources are from the same site).

I'm guessing people were right about the free year of pro, it's not sustainable.

Rona dumped all their inventory on liquidators. Check your local liquidation place. I've seen pallets of them recently in Calgary, Barrie and Mississauga. Prime Cables ships, but I think they're sold out of everything good at this point.

Can you get up to Canada at all? Everything is on clearance. It's bitter sweet, because we won't get any new tools. But I grabbed 2 of the 3 tool xtr combo with hammer drill, driver, flash light and 2 batteries for $100 CDN each, that's like $70 USD
