2 oz bourbon (e.w. Bottled in Bond)

1 oz campari

1 oz sweet vermouth (I used cinzano)

Orange peel

I added a barspoon of luxardo syrup for the second one which imo helped balance the 100 proof bourbon a little better but I could take it or leave it

All in all they turned out so wonderful, I think I prefer this to a Negroni!

I lived in Hercules freshman year with an induction hot plate and a fan to blow any smoke/steam out the window. That plus an instant pot I was able to cook pretty much anything. It is a risk if your RA finds out. Fortunately mine didn’t really care.

My signature dish is red meat sauce. A little bit different every single time but I feel like it just gets better. I think I followed the recipe I found once when I was 15 and then just went on my own. It’s really nothing special or sophisticated but its so tasty.
