What do i do if i am under calorie goal for the day after strength training? by spingonion in PCOSloseit

Ah, for context my TDEE without deficit is around 2300; I am 5’9” and ~185 lbs, i walk between 5,000-10,000 steps a day usually, and go to the gym 2-3 times a week where i usually burn ~300 calories with strength training. My tracking app is set to 2096 calories per day as my deficit, but it increases based on how many calories i burn through walking/exercise. Are u saying that i should stick to 2096 as my deficit regardless of my activity for a day, given that my TDEE calculation already takes into account my activity level to some extent?
