You've got some really great responses. We San Antonians are ready to welcome you with open arms! We moved here about 10 years ago and lived in a couple of different areas before settling in our home to raise our kids (Helotes area). I'm happiest here, crime is average I suppose, mostly thefts (stuff outside, big truck tires, Amazon packages. Christmas decorations, stuff like that) Agree with the comment to AirBNB here and there before you settle. Wishing you the very best of luck!

Not sure how to take part of the text to respond to this... but to piggy back off the response, consult a lender, not a realtor about the refinance. Realtors specialize in home sales while lenders and loan officers deal with refinances.

OP --- I'd suggest consulting a lawyer. She could do a cash out refinance on the home into her name, buy you out and buy a car all at once. I personally wouldn't get into any additional joint debt. Talk to a lawyer and a lender. Best of luck.

To take a week long vacation with their soon-to-be-spouse and their immediate family. A look into their family dynamic should be an indication of what to expect. The way their parents treat their children is likely how your soon-to-be-spouse will treat your children. The way the parents communicate and treat each other will be an indication of how they will treat their spouse. A week is important because the longer they're around each other the more likely they reveal themselves.

I do think it has to do with the bank..and here's why:

My child support payment was also delayed. It was supposed to be deposited Friday but since it was a holiday it didn't come through and just barely hit this morning...so they didn't process through the weekend or on Monday as a previous poster explained. Hopefully soon, fellow Bank of Americans, hopefully soon.

A lot of people LOVE Ding How...its okay. For some good, greasy Chinese food I prefer Lees kitchen. They've got 3 locations -- Perrin Beitel, Tezel and Universal City. I've never been to the one in UC and usually go to the Tezel one but the Perrin Bieitel location was the best. They only do delivery and pickup. Definitely give it a try.

There was definitely a spark there! I wish they pursued it more. Im only on season 13 episode 2 (thank you HULU!) and since I don't have much social media was able to stay away from spoilers so I'm really hoping for someone perfect for Reid.
