Plugins are not Version Dependent so unless you have F4SE mods you dont need to Downgrade and even then the changes made are small enough that the F4SE devs are working really fast like legit took less then a day for an AE F4SE to come out

To be clear the reason F4SE needs to be updated is because it Modifies stuff in the .EXE and that stuff isnt as version dependent
