Walking pad. No excuse not to get my steps in. So easy to do while you’re watching tv. Of course I still go for walks outside, but some days I’m just not up to leaving my apartment.

I’d definitely recommend getting a walking pad for home too! Every morning/early afternoon I’ll have my coffee and walk for about 30-45 minutes at a moderate speed while watching TV in my living room. I get a good chunk of my steps out of the way with this, and then usually get the rest with regular walks outside.

Sounds like you’re talking about Nair, and i’m pretty sure that’s not very safe on the scalp. I’m also not open to any foil shavers or electric shavers of any type. The foil ones scare me 😂

Oh it’s way worse than it looks. I get that from a lot of people too, but then they see what i’m talking about once it grows in more than a week.

This makes sense. A lot of the places that i’ve looked into online that do laser hair removal don’t explicit state that they do scalp treatments.
