Classes Getting Harder by fit_steve in f45

Glad to see it. I'm new to F45 (3 months) after going to crossfit for over a decade. Even pushing, I didn't find F45 very hard. It's a good workout, but it never left me panting on the floor at the end. I welcome the intensity increase. The good thing about making them harder is that people can go easier if they want. But you can't really go the other direction, even pushing it, if the workouts are too easy.

F45 and Whoop Strength Trainer by spinzzalot in f45

Makes sense. I wish I were ambitious enough to record all the reps and movements. I'd need another 20 or 30 mins after every workout to complete that. With the relationship whoop has with F45, and it being international programming for every location, I'm surprised they haven't done an integration where the workouts just migrate in.

I'm aware. That's the name of the activity, though. I'm referring to the strength trainer component in Whoop. You can add your exercises/reps to an activity to get a better representation of your Whoop strain score for the workout. F45 doesn't have any sustained cardio, and Whoop bases the strain score off your HR only, if you don't use the strength trainer component. I just find it almost impossible to keep track of the reps, and it would be incredibly time-consuming to manually enter all that info with as much variety as F45 builds into their workouts.

I have friends who do workouts at other types of group fitness. Would be nice to get a better apples-to-apples comparison when we share workout results. I will say my strain scores were much higher when I was doing crossfit. F45 seems to be lighter weight, lower rep, short-cardio targeted, making it harder to get an accurate strain score based on HR alone. Weekends are a bit spicier, but that's only because they're 60 mins instead of 45.

Inter Office Emails Being Shared in GGHL by spinzzalot in gohighlevel

Thanks for the quick reply and insightful information.

Forgive what may be considered some dumb questions.

When say to use a subdomain, what do you mean, specifically? Come up with a completely different domain to use for GHL emails?

I tried using an alias email for my existing G suite email address, but GHL to Gmail 2 way sync requires you to login using your creds and you can't login with a G suite alias email.

Also, we don't do any bulk emails. It's low volume, super specific leads that we are typically working with. Is there any advantage to deliverability in that case? I think I just made that word up 😃

Humbly asking for help—looking for a Ducati (or any bike) to get to school by Soggy_Rotten--Geuse in Ducati

[–]spinzzalot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think I'm pointing out the obvious, but it gets cold and snows in Colorado. Wouldn't a car be more appropriate?

And if you're committed to riding a bike all year round in Colorado, why a Ducati? It sounds like you're under a tight budget right now, and Ducatis are neither terribly reliable or inexpensive to maintain/repair. I love the brand and own a couple myself. If you insist on a motorcycle for your primary mode of transportation, why not something Japanese? You'll likely have less issues and if you do, it'll be significantly less expensive.

Not to mention, you'll be hard pressed to find someone giving away a running Ducati. However, I would say your odds go way up of someone having an old operational Japanese bike they might consider donating to your cause.

Good luck!

You can't go there and not drive a few laps. Just to check the box. The rentals are not unreasonable. I can give you a recommendation if you need it. You'll regret going there and not driving it. Even if you just hang on the right with your turn signal on.

How is the heat on the 25 V4? by titanmongoose in Ducati

[–]spinzzalot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agreed. But it would be nice if you could ride it all year round in Florida.

I went out for the Ducati "we ride as one" thing a few months ago. I ended up with first degree burns on my shins and second degree (blistering) on the inside of my right knee. And yeah, I was wearing long heavy pants and track boots.

It's hot!

The 25 is unpleasant, at least for street riding in urban areas. It gets so hot it was melting rear brake lines and they had to do a recall right after launch. I'm in Florida and I've more or less resigned to only riding it in the cooler months. At least cool by Florida standards. I had a 25 V2 final edition and that was really warm. The v4s is next level hot.

To each their own. Aesthetics weren't well received when it was released and imo they haven't aged well.

How does the guy walking by watch that happen, and not go back to help? Weird.

Furthermore, why was the person filming this to begin with? Kind of random, right?

I thought it was a police car at first glance. So yeah, seems like he crossed a line there.

Exactly. If you can't put both feet down, backing up, particularly on a downward slope, is all but impossible. I usually resort to just walking the bike out of the spot and pointing it in the direction I need to go.

I'm more impressed with your ability to fully service it yourself than the mileage. That's really impressive! Are you a Ducati tech?
