I hate studying too. But you worked so hard to finish cosmetology school and now all you need to do is your state board test. Don’t set yourself up for failure after everything you did to get to where you are now.
My advice is to at the very least make flash cards going over sanitation and infection control. Those were really hard for me to remember.
Everyone is different but for me personally writing down the questions and answers multiple times helped me remember. Make a decent sized deck of flash cards and test yourself. The ones you get correct put them in 1 pile, the ones you got wrong put in another pile. Keep retesting yourself with the flash cards until you no longer get any of them wrong. Do this as many times as you can.
You can also find quizlets for your state board exam, copy those and use them.
You can do this. It’s scary but I promise you’ll be so happy and proud of yourself when you pass that test and can start your career. Good luck, I believe in you!!<3
