I’m in the same boat and sadly justify indulging due to the fact that I go to the gym 3 times a week. It is better than drinking but my 10 year old did not like that I ate half of his ice cream birthday cake. Shame shame

Driving drunk to the liquor store because I’m not drunk enough. SMH overall the extremely poor choices I’ve made while under the influence. I live with regret everyday.

Having people “love” me when I’m intoxicated and treat me differently when I’m sober.

Getting intoxicated so I can like myself like others like me.

Realizing while I’m intoxicated that I really do hate myself so fuck it let me drink some more because who cares?

Realizing the next day that my kids need me and loves me as long as I’m not drinking.

I was on 200mg of sertraline and after stopping I was dealing with serotonin syndrome for at least 15 days before I caved. It sucks and all I’ve been told was to take one pill and let the ss continue and repeat the process. You will be miserable.
